This site is run by 67 AI PTY LTD ("67Lab", ABN 28 695 148 479), a company in Queensland, Australia. By using it, you accept these terms.

Who we are, and what we do not do

67Lab is a software company. 67Trader is trading software that 67Lab develops for licensed FX and CFD brokers. 67Lab does not hold an Australian financial services licence, does not offer trading accounts, does not deal with retail traders and does not hold client money.

General information only

Everything on this site is general information about software. It is not financial product advice, an offer to open a trading account, or a recommendation to trade, and it does not take anyone's objectives or circumstances into account.

Information on this site

Features may change before release. The live trading screen on the home page is a simplified redraw of the app, and it and the app screenshot show simulated prices. Test figures come from our internal tests on the dates stated. Nothing here is a commitment to supply; any supply is under a separate written agreement.

Using the site

You may read and share this site. Do not try to break, overload or misuse it, or send us content that is unlawful or not yours to send. Please do not email us your clients' personal information or other confidential data. How we handle what you send is set out in our privacy notice.

Our content

The text, design and images on this site belong to 67Lab. Photos of people are illustrative; they are not our staff or customers. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a breach of those rights, it is limited to supplying the site again.

Security reports

If you find a security problem in this site, please write to ops@67lab.ai (also listed in our security.txt) and give us reasonable time to fix it before you share it.

Changes, law and contact

If we change these terms, we update them here and change the date at the top. They are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: ops@67lab.ai.
