Privacy notice

Last updated 27 October 2026.

Who we are

This site is run by 67 AI PTY LTD ("67Lab", ABN 28 695 148 479), a company in Queensland, Australia. This notice covers this website and the messages you send through it. It does not cover the 67Trader platform itself: a broker that runs 67Trader has its own privacy policy for its clients.

We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Contact us about privacy at ops@67lab.ai.

What we collect

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request, arrange a walkthrough, and fix or improve the site from your feedback. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Who sees it, and where

The site is hosted by Vercel, and our email is hosted by Google. Both may process your details outside Australia, including in the United States, and may keep their own logs or copies under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep a walkthrough request in our email for as long as we are in contact about the platform, and feedback for as long as it helps us improve the site. We delete either when you ask, or when it is no longer needed.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. If we learn of a data breach that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and, where the law requires it, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent us by writing to ops@67lab.ai. We reply within 30 days, and we may ask you to write from the same email address so we know the request is yours.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom: we process your details because you asked us to contact you (steps before a possible contract) and for our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries and improving the site. You can also ask us to restrict the processing, object to it, and complain to your data protection authority.

Complaints

Write to us first at ops@67lab.ai. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

Changes

If we change this notice, we update it here and change the date at the top.
